The Maca Mountain Planting Base is located in a high-altitude ecological planting base, in the southern section of the Yulong Snow Mountain in Lijiang. It is situated at 27 ° 03'20 '-27 ° 40' N and 100 ° 04'10 '-100 ° 16'30' E. At the southern end of the Qinghai Tibet Plateau in China, Peruvian Maca is suitable for planting in Asia and is the only planting base in the country that can produce high-quality Maca. The planting base covers an area of approximately 30000 acres.
The unique geographical environment provides favorable conditions for the growth of maca, and its geographical environment, climate, sea level, and soil are very similar to those of the Andes Mountains in Peru. There were foreign botanists stationed in Lijiang to study the planting project of maca, so there are abundant wild maca in the snow mountain area. The nutritional composition of maca in this area has reached the level of Peruvian maca according to the determination of the Institute of Process Engineering of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. It is reported that maca growing in this area is the only place in China that can provide authentic maca raw materials.
Maca undergoes enzymatic hydrolysis, extraction, and two rounds of centrifugal slurry separation. The required water treatment reaches the medical grade, and is carefully and scientifically formulated to a certain volume. After being sterilized at 121.5 degrees Celsius (without adding any preservatives), it undergoes sterilization.
To ensure quality, sterile hot filling is used. After sterilization and cooling to 85 degrees (ensuring vacuum compliance), the cans are canned at a rate of 13000 cans per hour. After being canned, the cans are pushed back into the sterilization pot at 121.5 degrees Celsius and sterilized together with the cans.
After the cooling and automated equipment inspection of the tank body is qualified, it is packaged and the finished product is transported to the warehouse for maintenance and outbound.
The manufacturing workshop is located in Xinghua, Jiangsu Province. The production line is equipped with integrated biotechnology and beverage equipment, and the production license is also specially approved. It is the only local product that meets international standards and has obtained export certification.
